I’ve been hauling it to the gym and then straight to work, and the 10-quart capacity swallows my meal containers, shaker, and a change of clothes without bulging weirdly. The crossbody strap stays put on my shoulder even when the bag’s fully loaded, which is more than I can say for my last tote.

The strap sits comfortably even when I’ve got it loaded with a shaker and my phone, and the 10 QT capacity swallows my gym clothes without bulging. Only wish the outer pocket had a zipper for keys, but otherwise it’s been solid for daily use.

The 10 QT size is perfect for stacking a few meal containers and my shaker, though the strap could use a bit more padding for longer walks. Still, it keeps everything secure and easy to grab on my way out the door.
